Atheista Ako

The Atheista ng Pilipinas (Atheists of the Philippines) is an International Coalitions of Atheists of the Philippines, founded on principles of mutual respect, open-mindedness, the pursuit of truth, and equality in life. In essence, SIKAP (Samahang Internasiyonal Koalisiyon ng mga Atheista ng Pilipinas) is a global collective of individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a common goal - to serve as the Voice of Atheism in the Philippines.
As an International Association, the alliance is formed to engage in social, educational, cultural and humanitarian activities. As an Educational Organization, we call for the separation of the State and the Church. We demand that the tenets of all religious groups all around the world should either be taught or totally be banned in both public and private schools. In addition, religious symbols, icons or images should not be used in any government offices, monetary system and all other related public endeavors.
As a Humanitarian Society, we serve as dedicated volunteers and ambassadors of peace and education.
As Individuals, we share specifically our skills, knowledge and services to make something for the community, and generally for the greater benefit of humanity. We strive for excellence and thrive to be men and women for others.
